About flight school ERIVA

ERIVA Flight School is an aviation school approved by the Civil Aviation Agency of the Republic of Latvia (CAA), which provides aviation training for private and professional pilots. We offer affordable flight training without compromising on quality, ensuring every student gets the skills and confidence needed to fly.

We started our activity in 2004, after training our first helicopter pilot students. In 2007, we continued to work as ERIVA Flight training school. Our instructors stand out for their extensive teaching experience and dedication to student success.

Flight simulator FSTD

The main part of IR(A) training is conducted on FNPT II (Generic) simulator based on TECNAM P2006T airplane.

Flight simulator based on TECNAM P2006T can perform ground operations, take-off, variety of flight manoeuvres, visual landing, including the failures of various systems of the aircraft.

Making the most of every resource of the professional simulator, you can considerably cut down expenses saving on costly time of flight and engine cycle life of the airplane.

Image of terrestrial and celestial surface are projected on curved screen, with the dimension of 400 x 200 cm and Horizontal Field of View of 180°.
The software provides an accurate flight model including the climb, the effect of flying, torque, auto-rotation, etc.
Over 20,000 airports and all navigation aids are available.
Standard and user-definable VFR and IFR weather conditions are included.
