About us

About flight school Eriva

ERIVA Flight School is a training organization approved by the Civil Aviation Agency of the Republic of Latvia (CAA), which provides training for private pilots and professional pilots.

We started our activity in 2004, having trained our first students as a helicopter pilot. In 2007 we continued to work as an ERIVA flight school. Moreover, the teaching experience of our instructors is much greater.

ERIVA - the first flight school in Latvia, offering its students ATP theoretical training course, as well as flight programmes for professional pilots. As our competitive advantage, we consider the high quality of education that we achieve by making fairly high demands on our students. Our goal is to prepare high-level professional and private pilots.

Compliance with high safety standards is the foundation of our business.

Currently, our students are not only the pilots of leading European and world airlines, but also successfully develop their careers in business aviation. In addition, we are proud that the pilots of the State Border Guard of the Republic of Latvia also study with us.

Flight simulator based on TECNAM P2006T can perform ground operations, take-off, variety of flight manoeuvres, visual landing, including the failures of various systems of the aircraft.
Making the most of every resource of the professional simulator, you can considerably cut down expenses saving on costly time of flight and engine cycle life of the airplane.
  • Image of terrestrial and celestial surface are projected on curved screen, with the dimension of 400 x 200 cm and Horizontal Field of View of 180°.                                                                                                                                                                                                                
  • The software provides an accurate flight model including the climb, the effect of flying, torque, auto-rotation, etc.
